More Record Home Price Declines

With the new tax laws regarding mortgage debt forgiveness and no capital gains on short sales, the smartest investors will short it all the way down till the day the law is changed back or becomes no longer necessary. The bottom line is that there is no bottom till everything hits a penny (unless you are a sleezy pink sheet stock, then you can go as low as 1/1000th of a penny) and interest rates are zero just like Japan did for 15 years before their market finally started back but which is now newly in trouble.

The Yin and Yang Of The Housing Rebound

It is false and misleading to tell people that, "It is a basic fact of life that people need shelter, so it is important to track the amount of new dwellings built versus the levels of household formation."

New Dwellings built has nothing to do with the fact that the US dollar is worthless. People want affordable housing and the market is going to force builders and mcmansionaires to deflate the market by short selling.

The mantra for investors now is "short high, buy low, sell lower, and keep buying lower till it can't go no lower", that is the greatest good for the greatest number, not the opposite crap we have been fed for the past 200 years by the idiots and morons who run the global banking establishment!

As for household formation in America, with all those sexually inhibited repubnicans heading out of office from the White House, we will soon see another baby boom twice the size of the 5 million 18 year olds coming online this year, all of whom won't be able to understand how to buy a home for another three years, meanwhile resale foreclosure inventories are rising twice as fast as the demand for new housing, so what idiot is going to buy a new home while the knife is still falling on his wallet?

If I were in the real estate industry, I'd dump my property and buy pennies and cash them in at the Bank of Pen in the Kingdom of Pen, the domain of the Penny King.

Downy actually is insolvent and has a negative net worth just like Country Wide did. Google my article on WAMU and Downey I wrote in April of 2007.

If you had shorted a million shares of each stock in each company beginning last april you would be more than 100 million richer today.

Magyar Telekom: Hungry for Growth

I would more than bet that DT will acquire the rest of this company after Hungary drops the Forint as a national currency and goes to the Euro, and provided that some small investment group formed and took less than a 5% equity stake in the company that they could easily double the stock price as the dollar continues to collapse!

BofA Deal May Not Rescue Countrywide Shareholders

You guys are alll full of your self image of money! BofA can borrow trillions from the Fed and buy up every bank in America because its all just a big ponzi scheme so all your anal-izing and armchair investing is a waste of time and much ado about nothingness.

If you really want to make your worthless U.S. dollar mean something again on the global markets then you would need to nationalize the banking system, and make all other banking illegal in America!

Otherwise the undergound economy now being run by the Kingdom of Pen and the Bank of Pen under the auspices of the Penny King will gradually wipe out America's banking system anyway so you all might as well get a quick lesson in Freenomics.

CONSIDER ALL THE SECOND MORTGAGES THAT WERE SPUN INTO THOSE OFF BALANCE SHEET ENTITIES LIKE THE ONE'S PRINCE GOT TANGLED UP IN AT CITIGROUP. IF THE FIRSTS ARE UNDER WATER, THE SECONDS ARE ALL POOF BALLS OF PUFFERING PUKE ON THE BALANCE SHEETS OF THESE PHONY PILLARS OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
